All the dirt that's fit to printPalin denies claims in civil suit, Frank Bailey’s book says she’s lying
Posted on November 16, 2011This could get really interesting for the nasty old hag if Frank Bailey is called to testify. There must be emails proving this.
Chip Thoma is suing Palin for at least $100,000, claiming she undertook an effort to “punish, embarrass, discredit and silence” him while governor after he complained about tour bus traffic around the mansion following her failed 2008 vice presidential bid.
Former Palin aide Frank Bailey in his book said Palin aides “went into discrediting Chip overdrive” after Palin expressed frustration with complaints she took as an attack on her family being in Juneau.

Arctic Camera Trap Photos Show Dramatic Images
Posted on October 26, 2011From WPIX.com:
The Wildlife Conservation Society has released camera-trap photographs of “nest predators” (animals that prey upon the eggs and young of nesting birds) caught in the act of raiding nests in the Alaskan Arctic. The photos show – sometimes graphically – how the ground-nesting birds may be impacted by predators that benefit from human influence associated with energy development activity.
Alaska dentist performs root canal on tiger
Posted on October 21, 2011From the Seattle PI:
An Anchorage endodontist performed a root canal on a big tooth in a very big patient — a full-grown Siberian tiger.
Dr. Doug Luiten worked on 300-pound Kunali — measuring nearly 7 feet from backside to nose — Thursday at the Alaska Zoo.
“It’s the longest tooth I’ve ever worked on,” Luiten said of more than three-inch (8 centimeter) canine.
The zoo had to order some special instruments to accommodate the longer tooth, and even had to modify those during the root canal.
Kunali was not restrained, and didn’t wake up during the hour-long procedure thanks to anesthesia administered by Dr. David Brunson, a visiting veterinarian from Madison, Wis.
